Noi siamo golosi dalla nascita, perciò abbiamo scelto questo lavoro: un lavoro che ci “costringe” ad andar per ristoranti.
Ci sembra giusto perciò condividere con chi è appassionato come noi le nostre esperienze, mettendo bene in chiaro che questi sono indirizzi dove abbiamo mangiato bene. Nient’altro.
Molti non sono nostri clienti, alcuni lo sono, ne siamo orgogliosi e ne approfittiamo per ringraziarli.
Ma soprattutto in questi ristoranti ci siamo trovati bene perciò, fra amici, è giusto che funzioni il passa-parola.
We are gourmands since birth; hence our choice of a profession that “obliges” us to visit restaurants.
We deem it right to share our experiences with other enthusiasts, but we would also like to say that these are places where we had a good meal. And that is all of it.
Many are not our clients, while some of them are. Proud of the established relations, we wish to thank them warmly.
However, we would like to convey the fact that we felt at ease in these restaurants and wish to spread this information by word of mouth among friends.
